I almost passed over Joe Smith’s TED talk How to Use a Paper Towel. “What could he possibly have to say?” I wondered. Curiosity got the better of me: I haven’t seen a pointless TED talk yet.
It turns out we could save more than 571 million paper towels a year – think of all the trees! – by using Shake & Fold. I’ve tried it: it works.
